Facey at Harmony Hall Gallery

Harmony Hall Gallery, located at the outskirts of Ocho Rios on Jamaica’s north coast, is one of those ‘must see’ places for art lovers.  On a recent trip there with a fellow Swiss traveller we had the good fortune to see the renown Jamaican sculpture, Laura Facey’s most recent exhibition.  Incidentally some of her artworks can also be seen and bought at Expérience Jamaïque gallery.  

Harmony Hall gallery is housed in a mid-19th century building that was originally a Methodist manse. In 1980 it was acquired by a group of friends and restored, retaining many of its original features.  The gallery has a regular calendar of exhibitions of well known and emerging artist from Jamaica and abroad.   It is definitely worth including in your plans when you visit the island.
